Legal Documentation

Terms and Conditions

Please read these rules carefully before casting your first line with Teluk Angler Charters. They govern our angling packages, deep-sea fishing trips, and overall seafaring conduct.

1. General Provisions

By booking an angling tour or fishing package with Teluk Angler Charters, you agree to follow the terms outlined in this document. Our main priority is to provide a safe, straightforward, and highly productive fishing experience. These rules ensure that all guests have equal opportunity to haul in a great catch while keeping everyone safe on the water.

The captain holds ultimate authority on the vessel at all times. Instructions regarding safety, gear usage, and fish handling must be followed immediately and without question.

2. Booking & Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your deep-sea trip. The remaining balance must be settled in full before we leave the dock. We accept most major payment methods. Due to the high demand for our prime fishing slots, dates cannot be reserved without a confirmed deposit.

3. The Catch & Seafood Handling

We focus heavily on providing a premium seafood experience. All legal fish caught during the charter remain the property of the angler who caught them, unless you choose to donate them to the crew.

  • We strictly observe all local size limits, bag limits, and protected species regulations.
  • Our deckhands will bleed, ice, and appropriately store your catch to ensure the absolute best seafood quality.
  • Filleting services may be provided at the dock depending on the package booked.
  • Any fish deemed unfit for harvest or out of season will be safely released back into the ocean.

4. Weather & Cancellations

Ocean conditions dictate everything we do. If the captain determines that the sea state is too rough or weather conditions are unsafe, your trip will be cancelled before departure. In the event of a weather-related cancellation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or the option to reschedule your fishing trip.

If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure. Cancellations made by guests within 48 hours of the trip will result in a forfeited deposit.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we maintain top-tier safety standards and inspect our vessels daily, outdoor marine activities carry inherent risks. By boarding our vessels, you acknowledge the unpredictable nature of the ocean, marine life, and angling equipment. Teluk Angler Charters is not liable for personal injury, lost items, or damaged personal gear (such as cameras or custom rods) brought on board.
